Building a hub office for sales staff

This is the project to create the Korean hub office for SICK, the world-renowned German company specializing in industrial sensors and automation solutions. In addition to the Seoul office, it was established in a factory-type office complex in Dongtan, Gyeonggi, so that team members working in regional areas can visit and use it flexibly. Taking full advantage of the high ceiling reaching 5 meters, we divided the space into two floors as a duplex. On the lower floor, we built an autonomous hot-desk work environment for sales staff who are frequently out on field work, while on the upper floor we placed meeting rooms used for short periods of time. In addition, in a separate space with segregated circulation, we created a large-scale training facility accommodating 60 people, enhancing its functionality as a hub office.
