Architectural Remodeling

This is an architectural remodeling project that converted a building once used as a rehabilitation hospital into the headquarters of Rebellions, an AI semiconductor company. Beyond design carried out in collaboration with the architectural firm, SPACEBASE took charge of the entire process, including construction management and construction itself. As a large-scale remodeling that changed the very use of the building, the work entailed a complete review of its structure, facilities, and finishes, newly completing a 7,157㎡ building as a corporate headquarters.
