An Office You Can’t Wait to Go To - The Office You Want to Go To

This is a smart office transformation project for Korea Murata Electronics, a global electronic components company. The client's core request was a single one: to create a company that MZ-generation employees would actually want to come to. In response, starting from Murata's brand color red, a combination of warm tones flowing into pink, terracotta, and brown was applied throughout the space. The goal was to break away from a monotonous, function-centered office and create a space where the emotional differences in temperature that color brings can be felt. The cafeteria, a shared space, was given vivid colors and a variety of seating types, while the workspace was divided into open and focus types according to disposition, realizing an Activity Based Workplace.
