DELUXE HAVEN _ Where Romance Goes to Work

This is the second headquarters project for Deluxe Korea, a global media and entertainment company. Driven by rapid growth, the company expanded its space and once again entrusted it to SPACEBASE. The 'theater' motif that began with the first office was expanded even further this time, bringing the romance of an open-air theater set in nature throughout the entire headquarters. A calm red tone and wood form the base, layered with the warmth of natural materials, while the 45-person town hall and cafeteria is composed as a theater-style structure that lends the space both depth and mood. This was also a project where construction capability, not just design, was at the core. The audio and video QC BAY required specialized construction spanning soundproof doors, sound-absorbing finishes, and dedicated acoustic equipment, and it was completed on the basis of a precise understanding of construction that meets the quality standards of a media company.
