COFT

It's my cup of tea

This is the construction project for the Daegu branch of COFT, a multi-brand curation store that Lotte Department Store plans and operates directly, targeting the generation in their 20s and 30s. Project Rent was responsible for the spatial branding and concept planning, while SPACEBASE handled the construction. As it opened across roughly 340㎡ on the 1st floor—a prime location within the department store—the project was carried out in strict compliance with Lotte Department Store's rigorous construction standards and its in-store construction processes. In keeping with a composition that brings more than 70 brands across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and F&B into a single space, we meticulously realized the flow of the space and the display circulation so that the diverse product categories would appear naturally curated.
